HOUSTON
The Haitian Association of Houston has setup a drop off point at The Multi Ethnic Community Center located @ 9819 B issonnet right between 59 south & Beltway 8 from today starting @ 7am till 1opm you can drop off Can Foods, Water, Clothes or anything that you can think of including money that can be sent to Haiti. Also they will be there Thursday & Friday at the same time beyond that we haven't had confirmation yet but as soon as we hear something we will let you know. JAMAICA
The Office of Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Management says that it can only accept cash donations to assist with relief for Haiti. Cash donations can be deposited at any National Commercial Bank (NCB) branch, account number 212388304.
Other items can be donated via non-governmental organisations. Once a needs analysis is complete, ODPEM will notify the public of specific products and assistance needed by Haiti.
