About Golden Krust
Golden Krust Caribbean Bakery & Grill is the brain-child of Ephraim and Mavis Hawthorne; founders of Hawthorne & Son’s Bakery in St. Andrew, Jamaica and parents of the present owners. They had no idea then that their dream would one day blossom into a now global business with over 120 stores in nine states.
In 1996 Golden Krust became the first Black-owned business in the U.S. to be granted a franchise license.

I am really feeling Althea Hewits new video. She recently launched her album at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel . A former member of the group, Fourth Street Sister, she is now a solo act under the VP Records Label. This 15 track album is the first of three she will create under her deal with them.

Also launching his album (his fifth) at the same venue was Tony Green with his Midnight Blues.
