In Touch Weekly reports that singer Deborah Cox and her husband, Lascelles Stephens, welcomed 7-pound, 7-ounce baby girl Kaila Michelle Monday Feb. 23. The couple, who have been married for almost 11 years, have two other children, 5-year-old Isaiah and Sumayah, 2.
Though born in Toronto, her heritage is Guyanese
