Veteran Jamaican musicians Byron Lee and the Dragonnaires will perform, as well as singers Sanchez and Peter Lloyd. They will be joined on stage by a number of popular younger artistes including Christopher Martin, Noddy Virtue and D�Angel, in addition to many of Portland's best talent.
