Creole Day is celebrated on the last Friday in the month of October. On this day persons of Creole heritage celebrate and indulge in their culture by wearing traditional clothing such as the Wob Dwiyet or the Jupe, and eat local cuisine such as callaloo soup, cassava balls (with avocado), accra, sancoach, and local juices.
