The Shaggy Make a Difference Foundation yesterday handed over a cheque for $30 million, to the Bustamante Hospital for Children, the proceeds from the Shaggy and Friends concert staged at Jamaica House on January 2.

For the past few years, diamond-selling Reggae act, Shaggy has taken on the country's lone children's hospital as his pet project donating vital equipment valued at millions of dollars to the facility. This year saw the second staging of the concert which featured a top-flight list of local and international acts including, Boyz II Men, Joe, Mario Winans, Beenie Man, Queen Ifrica and Baby Cham.
