Maxim Magazine says she is The Hottest Pop Star of the Decade. She is included in their young hollywood list which is revealed in the Jan. 2009 issue.
She is BET Fashion Icon of the Year Source
Entertainment Weekly dubbed her Diva of the Year Source. The mag uses Beyonces definition of Diva (a female version of a hustler) to set the bar.
Her album Good Girl Gone Bad was the Number 7th most sold album of the year. She's had a slew of hit singles from the album included "Take A Bow" and "Rehab" her most recent featuring Justin Timberlake. She toured with Kanye West on his Glow In The Dark Tour BTW her concert will be on TNT Latin America tonight.
2009 looks pretty good so far. She will be performing at the NRJ Awards in France on Jan. 17th and at the RIAA Inauguration Ball Gala on the 20th.
I like this pic of her above. I think it captures all her titles, she looks hot and hard working at the same time, you see her tatoos which have gotten much attention, her haircut which has been a whole blog topic in itself, her love of leather evident at many performances and her fashion forward vibe.
