Big ups to Sophia Brown who unveiled her new album The Spotlight at a very classy affair at the Hilton Hotel (Jamaica) this past Wednesday April 15th.
With Bev Davis of Irie FM Radio In attendance were her son Jahmel and daughter Daniela. Her sister Hudesha Hines also lent some familial support. At the event, various persons who were instrumental in the realization of the album, were given plaques of appreciation. Nice touch!!!

Singing her praises were Richard "Richie B" Burgess, Syl Gorden (co-producer of Cell Block Records), Claude Mills (publicist), Steven Stanley and Jamaica Observer columnist Clyde McKenzie.
Shooting the video for "Weak To You"
On the 14-track set she collaborates with Macka Diamond ("Female Thing") and Junior Kelly ("Precious").
