Rihanna's attorney says the 21year-old, Barabadian born singer would testify against boyfriend Chris Brown if called as a witness in his assault case.
Donald Etra, said Friday that Rihanna would be required by law to testify if prosecutors subpoena her. Etra appeared in court Thursday on her behalf when Brown made his first appearance on charges of assaulting and making criminal threats to Rihanna.

The protective order issued on Thursday stipulates that he must not "harrass, strike,threaten, assault (sexually or otherwise) follow, stalk, molest, destroy or damage personal or real property, disturb the peace, keep under surveillance, or block movements of the protected persons named above," with Robyn Fenty listed as the protected person. Rihannas full name is Robyn Rihanna Fenty.
The order expires on March 5, 2012 and also requires Chris to surrender or
