The authorised documentary film on Bob Marley – due for release on 6 February 2010 to commemorate the 65th anniversary of the singer's birth was to be directed by Martin Scorsese ("Teh Departed", "Gangs of New York", "Cape Fear")…well due to scheduling constraints there is a new director: Oscar-winning director Jonathan Demme ("The Manchurian Candidate", "Beloved", "The Silence of the Lambs", "Hairti Dreams of Democracy")
