Actress Tonya Lee Williams, of 'Young & The Restless' fame, is set to join four other dynamic female filmmakers for the 2nd Annual Soualiga Film Festival on St. Maarten this December. The festival runs December 10 to 16 at the Philipsburg Cultural Center and other locations around the Dutch side capital and will include filmmaking and music video production workshops.
