Despite having her makeup and clothing soaked in pepperspray, and applying icepacks baackstage,Miss Ingrid Marie Rivera came out on top and won the Miss Puerto Rico Pageant and will be a contestant in the 2008 Miss Universe Pageant.
Her poise and grace no doubt led to her win.
